Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work shall include but is not limited to the Retro-commissioning services that are typically associated with Building Commissioning and Infrastructure projects. The project includes the Facility’s Dorm Units 1, 2, and 3 (Buildings 526,550, and 509), the Probation and Parole Officer Building (Building 522), the Administration Building (Building 505), the Maintenance Building (Building 517), the Recreation Building (Building 530), the Laundry Building (Building540), the Dining Hall (Building 560), the Treatment Unit (Building 507), the Chapel Building (Building 519), and Commissary (Building 515). These buildings house and service approximately 300 supervised residents, participating in and receiving reentry programming and treatment provided onsite, and provide office space to those officers responsible for supervising residents. The scope of services will include full services for the Retro-commissioning of these facilities. The services will also include a feasibility study of the utility infrastructure to determine the advantages of utility ownership versus service provided to the campus by a utility company. Qualifications: Applicants should have significant commissioning experience with projects of similar program requirements.
