Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Coordinate all work with the Service Contract Administrator personnel; give adequate advance notice. B. Furnish best Dumpsters available, keep all Dumpsters clean and in good working condition. C. Provide Pick Up and Removal of Rubbish as per the schedule. D. Service Contractor shall be required to remove all dumpsters at least Forty-Eight (48) hours prior to any storm event, with sustained winds of 74 mph or greater, making landfall in the greater Mobile, Alabama area (including Baldwin County, AL, Mobile County, AL, Jackson County, MS, and/or Harrison County, MS). Dumpsters should be replaced at least Twenty- Four (24) hours after the storm event passes or as soon as the roads are deemed safe by Mobile County Emergency Management Agency (MCEMA) and/or the City of Mobile.
