The state’s Digital Government Transformation (DGT) initiative includes four (4) main project areas, including citizen journey mapping, Microsoft 365 implementation, enterprise application infrastructure, and citizen portal and data development. The DGT initiative includes both the implementation of new tools and platforms and the expansion of existing tools and platforms, which include Okta, MuleSoft, Nintex K2, ServiceNow, Adobe Experience Manager forms, business rules engine, OnBase ECM, operational data stores and DocuSign. The lead Project Manager role provides services to support the DGT initiative, including communications Enterprise Wide. The lead Project Manager facilitates M365 meetings regarding change management with the Change Network made up of representatives from all state agencies migrating to M365. In addition, the lead Project Manager facilitates work sessions with state agencies to gather requirements for Business Identity and Access Management (BIAM). ServiceNow projects, part of the Citizen Portal, include initial integrations with Citizen Identity and Access Management, which are led by the same lead Project Manager as BIAM. The state is transitioning to a new module on ServiceNow with significant impacts on network modernization. The lead Project Manager role provides direction to all vendor and department staff affected by the projects’ application and processes.
