E-Center Direct for clients to register 11. Bidmatch Opportunities for clients The two most important of these features are: 1. Database for managing several thousand clients in the state who want APEX Accelerator assistance to get government contracts/awards 2. A Bid-Match capability that allows a daily computer search for one or more “Matches” that generate an email going directly to our many clients. The email provides all the contact information and work/products that are being sought by any number of government agencies. In signing-up an APEX client, we describe the client (with their assistance) using key words related to the products or services their company offers. Then the key words are converted to federal procurement codes, otherwise known as NAICS codes. This provides an in-depth description of each client company and the computer takes the thousands of searches being made by federal/state/local government buying efforts and sends an email to our client with the information they need to pursue the potential new business.
