Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Prioritize the repair and fix leaks at Hale A, D, and F Buildings as specified herein and then conduct repairs for Hale B, C, and E Buildings; B. Install staging area barricades or cones, post safety warning signs, and other necessary safety measures prior to the commencement of work; C. Prior to repairs, remove debris and pressure wash all existing roof surfaces, roof drain inlets, and gutters to remove dirt, oil, grease, rust, plant materials, and other surface contaminants that may inhibit adhesion of coating to be applied. Ensure washer’s pressure is not excessive and will not cause damage to existing roof surfaces and components; D. Remove any existing loose sealants on exhaust fans, bases, curbs, and flashings, and apply new sealant on any joints that need to be caulked and/or filled in; E. Replace any corroded rain gutters and downspouts. Reinforce all gutter interior seam connections
