All proposals are due by May 24, 2024. Mid reserves the right to reject any or all proposals that do not adhere to the general conditions. All pricing, terms, and conditions shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the due date of the proposal or until the time Mid takes official action on the proposals. The proposal shall include line-item detail pricing to ensure an accurate evaluation of the proposal. All licensing costs should be included in the proposal.
