Services include but are not limited to providing equipped and trained personnel and reserve personnel thereby eliminating site vacancies, maintaining more than adequate communication with City Project Managers, designated schools and providing appropriate program evaluation and problem resolution as necessary.

The City anticipates crossing guard services will be required for summer school programs at limited locations. Dates and times fluctuate annually but will be discussed with the contractor prior to services being scheduled. All summer crossing guard services shall be at hourly rates proposed herein.
