Specifications include, but are not limited to: Respondent shall resurface all tennis courts at the MARC. PCMC is looking to receive bids on 3 separate groupings of courts. The MARC anticipates that they will want to have Group 1 completed no later than July 1st, 2024. The MARC does not want to shut down the entire tennis facility and anticipates that the other 2 groups would be resurfaced later in the year. The MARC may elect to only do Group 1 or Group one and any combination of the other Groups. Ex. Group 1, or Group 1 and 2 or 3, or all three. Group 1: Resurface and repaint the three outdoor tennis courts (Courts 7, 8, 9) that are bubbled during the winter months. 1. Prep the surface for resurfacing. 2. Patch the area the bubble came down. 3. Apply one coat of AFC. 4. Apply two coats of Deco- Color 5. Apply three sets of 2” tennis lines. 6. Apply three sets of 2” 10 and under tennis lines. 7. Apply six sets of 2" pickleball lines. (one court per tennis half); Group 2: Resurface and repaint the additional four outdoor tennis courts (Courts 5,6,10,11). 1. Prep the surface for resurfacing. 2. Apply the one coat of AFC. 3. Apply two coats of Deco-=Color 4. Apply four sets of 2” tennis lines. 5. Apply four sets of 2” 10 and under tennis lines. 6. Add/Alternate Cost for three sets of 2" pickleball lines; Group 3: Resurface and repaint the four indoor tennis courts. This will include additional considerations of the fumes and conditions of resurfacing an indoor tennis court in an actively in use recreation center. 1. Prep the surface for resurfacing. 2. Apply the one coat of AFC. 3. Apply two coats of Deco-Color 4. Apply four sets of 2” tennis lines. 5. Apply four sets of 2” 10 and under tennis lines. 6.
