110723 - Third Party Administrator - Worker's Compensation Claims

SWK's current TPA relationship extends to Worker's Compensation claims only. The focus of the RFP is on the firm's ability to provide TPA services for Workers' Compensation claims; however, Respondents are encouraged to share commentary on how their firm would manage additional lines (i.e. commercial auto, property, general liability, etc.) of coverage should SWK's needs evolve. At present, SWK has operations in over 20 states and participates in a large deductible ($250,000 per claim) fully-insured workers' compensation program.
