The City of Sunset Valley is seeking the services of an experienced professional landscape architect and urban design team to assist in the review of proposed parks and open space projects, landscaping plan review, streetscape planning, and other operational needs.
Anticipated task orders include plan review of submitted development projects requiring City review of landscaping plans as well as design of City Parks and Open Spaces, and Streetscapes including developing construction plans, specifications, cost estimates, bid documents, and construction management.
At the sole discretion of the City, more than one respondent may be selected and awarded a contract as a result of this Request for Qualifications.
