Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) Unlimited online and telephone technical support, available from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Central), Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. b) Service Engineer on-site within three (3) business days of request for services. c) All-inclusive pricing: c.1.1. On-site services performed by factory trained and certified Field Service Engineers. c.1.2. Unlimited number of emergency field service visits. c.1.3. Travel and labor. c.1.4. Factory certified parts. c.1.5. Annual, comprehensive preventive maintenance services for each piece of equipment, to include all manufacturer recommended and required services, and scheduled at DSHS’ convenience. d) Software updates, which must be installed within 60 days of release. e) All repairs and replacement of parts and module failures for each piece of equipment. f) Vendor must directly perform service/maintenance. Equipment may be added or removed during the term of the contract and at the sole discretion of DSHS.
