The City of New Braunfels seeks proposals for a qualified firm to perform a study with an aspect of its Solid Waste and Recycling services. Specifically, the City seeks to determine the feasibility of adding a permanent drop-off location that is for, at minimum, the following waste streams: household hazardous waste, electronics, bulky goods, brush, single-stream recyclables, plastic foam #6, and scrap metal (referred to hereafter as “the Study”). The Study is intended to provide useful data and guidance for long-term planning purposes.
