The River Authority desires to hire a design firm (hereinafter referred to as CONSULTANT) to provide design and construction phase services for the Escondido Creek Linear Park.
The project is funded currently through design. It is anticipated that construction funding will follow. The CONSULTANT’s services for both design and construction will be executed in phases including, but not limited to detailed design and construction phase services. The execution of each phase is dependent upon authorization from the River Authority.
