The City of Lago Vista invites participation in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for experienced and qualified Real Estate Broker/s for the purpose of providing Real Estate services to the City of Lago Vista on a contractual basis. The agency/individual/s will be tasked with purchasing and selling of properties, that the City looks to acquire or is need of marketing for sale. All proposals shall be clearly marked as “Real Estate Broker Services” and must be received by 2:00 p.m. CST on Thursday, October 26, 2023. The name of the submitting Agency/individual of all proposals will be read aloud on Thursday, October 26, 2023, at 2:30 p.m. CST in the Council Chambers at Lago Vista City Hall, 5803 Thunderbird, Lago Vista, TX 78645.
