A one-time pre-proposal meeting and site visit will be allowed at the Work site on Thursday November 30, 2023, at 9:00am Central Time. Offerors are to meet in the main lobby at FELPS located at 187 State Highway 97E, Floresville, Texas, 78114 no later than 8:45 am. Offerors are to email Dustin Ramaekers at DRamaekers@PrincipleSVC.com to confirm attendance. Hard hat, FR rated clothing, safety boots, and glasses are required for visiting the work site. Offerors unable to attend the pre-proposal meeting in person may email Dustin Ramaekers to request a Microsoft Teams meeting invitation to the in-office portion only. Follow-up site visits must be requested via email at least one week in advance and will only be approved if FELPS availability permits. All offerors are highly encouraged to attend the pre-proposal meeting and site visit.
