Floresville Electric Light & Power System (“FELPS”) is seeking applications from eligible financial institutions to be the depository bank services. This includes the basic services of receiving deposits, paying items, sending wired funds, receiving wired funds, ACH transfers, direct deposits, stop payments, positive pay and other normal business banking activities.

All applications will be announced in a public opening on November 29, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. CST. Questions should be received by November 20, 2023 5:00 p.m. Responses will be posted on the Texas Bidnet site for all bidders to see. Each application received by the deadline will be evaluated by FELPS personnel prior to preparing a recommendation to the FELPS Board of Trustees. The FELPS Board of Trustees will consider awarding the Depository Agreement at the Board meeting to be held on November 29, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. CST.
