It is the intent of these specifications to describe a used day cab truck to be purchase by City of
Weslaco. Intended use of the day cab truck is to haul a 53’ lowboy for a long reach excavator and a 22 yd
belly dump trailer for various aggregate. All parts not specifically mentioned which are necessary to
provide a complete truck, shall be included in the bid and shall conform to the standards and quality of
materials and workmanship generally provided by the industry. All specifications are considered
minimum unless otherwise indicated. Specifications exceeding the minimum requirements will be
considered.
