It is the intent of these specifications to describe a New Towable Light Tower for purchase by City of
Weslaco. All parts not specifically mentioned which are necessary to provide a complete light tower,
shall be included in the bid and shall conform to the standards and quality of materials and workmanship
generally provided by the industry. All specifications are considered minimum unless otherwise indicated.
Light tower exceeding the minimum specifications will be considered.
