1. Purpose. The City of Leander, herein after “City”, seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation, herein after “Respondent”, to provide construction services for the delivery of the Wastewater Collection System Lift Station Improvements Phase 1, Lift Station #2. 2. Background. The Work consists of the installation of wastewater collection lines, wastewater lift station and force main, repair of pavement as needed, and other appurtenant work. 3. Project Firm and Plans. The design and construction management services for the Project are being provided by George Butler Associates, Inc.,1500 CR 269, Leander, Texas 78641.
