1. Purpose
The City of Leander, herein after “City”, seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation, herein after “Respondent”, to provide construction services for the delivery of the Leander Lift Station Improvements and Gravity Relief Main. This solicitation has two plan sets but will be bid on as one project.
2. Background
The Work consists of replacing the gravity relief main RM2243 and installing new manholes, building a new lift station and structure to house the valve vault and MCC, site work, piping upgrades, and other appurtenant work.
3. Project Firm and Plans
The design and construction management services for the Project are being provided by George Butler Associates, Inc.,1500 CR 269, Leander, Texas 78641.
