1. Purpose
The City of Leander, herein after “City”, seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm
or Corporation, herein after “Respondent”, to provide construction services for the delivery of a new Senior
Activity Center, Site Work, and Utility Improvements.
2. Background
The City of Leander citizens approved the issue of several bonds to fund the design and construction of the
Leander Senior Center. This expansive building will provide recreation and entertainment facilities to the
seniors of the City. This long-awaited project will provide meals, exercise classes, games, art classes and
other featured activities for area seniors.
3. Project Firm and Plans
The design and construction management services for the Project are being provided by PGAL, 14135
Midway Road, Suite G-200, Addison, Texas 75001.
