Vendors shall submit a price per cubic foot and a price for shipping/freight F.O.B. to the Water Reclamation Facility. The City's WRF is located at 2315 Brushy Creek Loop, Cedar Park, Texas 78613. In all cases the base shipment will be 160 cubic feet of media without regard to blend. Shipments of larger quantities may be ordered, up to 275 cubic feet. If a different size shipment is more economical, enter the size on the Quote form attached to the specifications. The City of Cedar Park has the right to inspect all goods before accepting them.Please submit this quotation to meet the attached specifications by 2:00 PM MAY 04, 2017 on quotation form attached to the specifications. Quotations may be hand delivered, mailed to Chris Nauert, Cedar Park Reclamation Facility, 2315 Brushy Creek Loop, Cedar Park, Texas 78613 or emailed to christopher.nauert@cedarparktexas.gov.
