Description

SANDAG is seeking qualified attorneys to provide outside legal services in the area of construction law. Consultants will advise and assist staff with contracts and preparation of invitation for bid documents, sensitive security information (document handling under Homeland Security Act) matters, public outreach and relations for construction projects, prevailing wage matters, skilled and trained workforce and/or other apprenticeship requirements, conflict of interest matters, protests, alternative project delivery strategies and construction claims resolution. The DBE goal range for this on-call contract series is 0-1.76%. DBE goals will be established at the task order stage.
