Additional Bidding Instructions

Bidders are encouraged to visit and observe the sites and their surroundings and obtain for themselves all information that may be necessary for preparing a Contract for the required job.
Bidders must take care to avoid the school operation hours of 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

Two (2) printed copies of the proposal must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked: Request for Proposals, “Warwick Public Schools - Outdoor Classroom Projects”

Mail or deliver sealed bid proposals to the following address by the date and time identified in the schedule in Section 2.1.
