The South Kingstown School Department plans to purchase Grounds Maintenance Services for the care of approximately 35 acres of land. It is the purpose and intent of this specification to obtain grounds care services including the mowing of grass, the trimming of grass at edges, the pruning and trimming of shrubs and bushes, edging and the removal of leaves and debris.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, supplies and supervision to perform the necessary grounds maintenance services. Grounds maintenance is to be performed in an efficient and safe manner by a Contractor with demonstrated skills in this area.
