PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Postage Machine MUST be new – refurbished or reconditioned machines will NOT be considered
THIRD PARTY LEASE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE
Lease is for a 60-month period.
Monthly price must include lease, service, and parts and will be billed QUARTERLY or MONTHLY on a single statement.
Bidders must submit a brochure for proposed machines.

The Town of North Smithfield is requesting pricing for a 60-month lease on the following Quadient mailing equipment in accordance with all attached requirements. Monthly lease charges shall include the lease of equipment and meter, service agreement, software updates, carrier updates, and transfer of existing postage from existing machine if applicable. There will be no extra cost for print head replacement and two (2) preventative maintenance visits per year. All billing will be done on a quarterly/monthly basis.
