This Invitation for Bids contemplates the following Work to be performed: Immediate Repairs to the North Smithfield Police Facility.
Rough Framing, Masonry repairs, Roofing and Flashing Repairs, Concrete ramp and walk repairs, Door and Frame replacement, Hazardous Materials Abatement, Metal Stud Framing, Metal Siding, etc.
The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work shown on the Contract Drawings and contained in the Specifications.

Bids will be received at the North Smithfield Town Hall, Town Administrator’s Office, 83 Greene Street, North Smithfield, RI 02896 until:

2:00 pm, Tuesday, June 27, 2023 (local time)

As determined by the Town Administrator’s Office clock. The bids will be publicly opened, read, and registered in the Town Council Chambers. If the Town Hall is closed due to weather/emergency, the deadline for receipt of bids will be extended until 2:00 pm (local time) the next business day that Town Hall is open. No late, faxed, or conditional bids will be accepted. Results will be posted to the Town’s website by the close of business the day following the bid opening.
