All SUBMISSIONS must be In TRIPlicate and clearly marked ON THE OUTSIDE ENVELOPE:

The Town of North Smithfield reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities in the bids received and to accept the bids or part thereof deemed to be most favorable to the Town.

No bidder may withdraw the bid for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.

The Town of North Smithfield is seeking individual sealed bids for professional services for a Grant Writer. Bid packets are available online at www.nsmithfieldri.org or at the Finance Office, 83 Greene Street, North Smithfield, RI Monday – Wednesday 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Thursday 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM.
