Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The successful bidder shall provide personnel and equipment to collect documents and related material for shredding on-site at a District location in a secure and confidential manner. Bidders shall also address their ability to collect, shred and securely dispose of diskettes, zip drives, compact discs (CDs), computer hard drives, and related electronic data storage implements. 2. The awarded firm shall provide locked, secure collection bins, approximately ninety-five (95) U.S. gallons in size, with wheels and with locks which shall be resistant to tampering. Firms shall address the possibility of processing bags or boxes of documents when required by the District. 3. At a minimum, the Contractor shall service each location once per month. School District Administrative approval above the level of Procurement Officer is required for extra service pickups outside of once per month. The awarded firm shall propose a processing schedule whereby all locations are serviced once per month on-site within the District. 4. Firms should provide information on methods of service with the bid submittal which will allow the District to fully evaluate their ability to perform the services offered. 5.
