Specifications include, but are not limited to: College of DuPage is seeking proposals which will address the following external Employee Assistance Program (EAP) service delivery priorities: a. Twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, three hundred sixty-five (365) days per year crisis hotline that is staffed with mental health professionals for assessment and referral services. b. Provide comprehensive counseling services to include, but not necessarily be limited to: i. Marital/family/relationship issues, Stress, anxiety, and depression ii. Addiction or substance abuse problems iii. Work-related conflicts iv. Grief and Loss v. Financial and legal difficulties vi. Childcare or elder care needs c. Same day emergency appointments for employees, administrators, supervisors, or adjunct faculty making viable requests. d. On-going assistance in the form of consultation with College administrators and supervisors. e. Identify reporting capabilities to share data analytics, including, but not necessarily limited to, utilization rates, types of issues being addressed, employee service satisfaction with EAP services. f. Virtual or On-site training and seminars for employees and administrators/supervisors. g. On-site crisis response intervention (i.e., mental health counseling services to respond in the event of a Campus crisis) h. Assessment and short-term problem resolution i. Mandatory employer referrals j. Follow-up evaluations by Substance Abuse Professionals (SAP) k. On-site marketing opportunities to promote EAP services to include new hire orientation and BenefitFest
