Specifications include, but are not limited to: Sheridan Correctional Center is seeking a vendor to provide, deliver/setup, and disconnect/remove a 20-ton chiller unit to for the Central Visiting Room building (CVR). 1.2.1 Vendor will provide one (1) 20-ton unit and HVAC ducting. Vendor will provide at least 24’ of duct work (of appropriate size to match chiller output ports) for each chiller output port, and at least 100’ of duct work (of appropriate size to match chiller return air ports) for each chiller return air port. Current electrical is 208v 3-phase, so transformer to convert power supply to support the 20-ton chiller may be required. Vendor shall provide all necessary equipment to connect chiller and transformer (if required) including but not limited to duct work, spider box cable(s), cable camlock(s), and female pigtail(s). Vendor shall be responsible for delivery, installation, disconnection, and pick up of equipment and must be in compliance with all local, state, and Federal laws and ordinances. Vendor shall furnish all labor, containers, equipment, permits and fees necessary to install and remove equipment from the above site, unless otherwise states herein. All equipment used by the Vendor must be of commercial manufacture specifically designed for the delivery, installation, and removal of HVAC equipment. Vendor will provide Sheridan Correctional Center with the name and telephone number of a responsible representative for emergencies and any other special requirements. Vendor must carry property damage and public liability insurance. An insurance certificate must be provided at the time of the contract execution and annually thereafter. Vendor will respond to the Chief Engineer or Business Office within 24 hours of initial contact at which time they will coordinate pick-up dates and times. For procurements conducted in BidBuy, the State may include in this contract the BidBuy Purchase Order as it contains the agreed Supplies and/or Services.
