Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and tools necessary to complete any repair work needed. No extra fees or surcharges, including fuel, will be allowed with this contract. Vendor must be a factory-authorized service provider for Thermo King and submit manufacturers letter for verification. No repair work can begin or will be paid unless approved by the FNS Associate Director of Food & Nutrition or authorized designee. After each repair service visit, the vendor shall provide the FNS Associate Director of Food & Nutrition with a written report that includes a minimum of the following: Unit model/serial number requiring the repair. Problems found. Recommended repairs. Services performed The vendor shall submit its manufacturer’s warranty, which warrants information on all parts and labor. Vendor must be able to provide service twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Response time must be within 24 hours after the initial request from the CCSD.
