Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University invites you to submit a proposal to assist in facilitating an educational opportunity for students and faculty in the MS Global Hospitality Business program traveling to Washington D.C., Las Vegas, and Dallas in Fall 2024. The Conrad N. Hilton College focuses on the importance of networking with leaders in the hospitality industry and prepares students to assume leadership roles in the global market, with business field trips forming part of the academic curriculum. Students travel to various hospitality hubs in the U.S. with their classmates and faculty members in order to conduct site visits of top hospitality companies, meet with leaders, and learn about local culture. The University invites you to submit a proposal to provide comprehensive travel for up to 32 students and 2 faculty members, participating in business field trips. Respondents will need to coordinate accommodation, transportation, meals, and business logistics management services. Respondents are encouraged to propose contractual arrangements offering the maximum benefit to the University in terms of (1) services to the University, (2) total overall cost to the University, and (3) project management expertise. Proposers should describe all educational, state, and local government discounts, as well as any other applicable discounts that may be available to the University in a contract for Services.
