Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Dairy Farms that serve single-serving, ready-to-eat Ice Cream Products at the Dairy Farm for consumption at the location of purchase or to-go. 2. Dairy Farms that sell packaged Ice Cream Products in a store either owned or operated by the Dairy Farm for customers to purchase and consume off-premises. 3. Ice cream retailers operating in Massachusetts and whose primary business activities involve the sale of single-serving, ready-to-eat Ice Cream Products for customers to consume at the location of purchase or togo. The Ice Cream Products offered for sale must be made from bovine milk and/or cream produced by a Massachusetts Dairy Farm. For the purposes of this RFI, an ice cream retailer does not include retail grocery or supermarket establishments that sell Ice Cream Products in addition to other products, including but not limited to, produce, food and beverage products, and household items that are packaged for preparation and consumption by a consumer either on or off-site.
