Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Services associated with Engineering, Environmental and BCA support for Phase 1 of a two-phase project(s). 2. Engineering study to provide the existing condition and proposed condition data needed to complete Benefit Cost Analysis (BCA) a. Selected Engineering firm will work closely with the Districts Grant Administration on data collection needs for these BCAs b. Comprehensive environmental and historical assessment 3. Assisting in obtaining any permits, waivers or reviews necessary to proceed with the project. 4. Preliminary drawings, cost estimates or other services required for the grant application being prepared on behalf of Brazoria Drainage District No. 4. 5. Preparation of design development. 6. Preparation of construction documents including: 1. Final Designs, 2. Cost Estimates 3. Specifications, 4. Contracts, 5. Peer review letters and other items required by the FEMA Grant. 7. Administration and observation of the bid and construction process, interpretation of drawings, the incorporation of substitutions or changes requested by Brazoria Drainage District No. 4 and updating of any and all cost estimates.
