Specifications include, but are not limited to: Essex County is seeking a vendor to provide a variety of commemorative plaques, bronze plaques, and name plates for its events for the time period for twelve (12) months from date of award with an option of a twelve (12) month extension. Due to the nature of the products contained within this contract, estimated quantities are not provided. Prices are to remain firm for the term of the contract with no exceptions. No minimum order requirements are allowed. 1. To supply trophies, plaques, commemorative name plates, etc., including engraving, according to the current year’s catalog. 2. To supply bronze trophies & plaques and aluminum trophies & plaques as per the specifications in Appendix A. 3. Trophies and plaques, commemorative name plates, etc., are to be delivered, as required FOB Destination, freight prepaid. 4. The cost of the merchandise should include the delivery charge. 5. Merchandise must be delivered within three (3) days after receipt of the order. 6. Each bidder is to submit a 2024 catalog or catalogs (or newer) with the discounted price to be offered for the duration of the contract. Catalogs may be either printed hard copy or electronic via the internet. The discount is to remain “FIRM” for the contract period. The discount will be deducted off of the vendor’s current pricing indicated in the catalog(s) submitted with the bid proposal.
