Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall mobilize to fulfill the awarded Project Scope of Work, encompassing soil remediation (including backfill if required), removal of accumulated industrial waste (including Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) special wastes and universal wastes) and surface decontamination services at various locations in the Austin Energy service area. 4.1.2 Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, safety devices, equipment, machinery, tools, materials, accessories, and support services for the performance of soil remediation and equipment and surface decontamination services, including transportation and disposal and related work as required by Austin Energy Project Manager. 4.1.3 When a project includes working around potentially hazardous chemicals, Contractor’s staff shall have current OSHA Hazwoper Technician training. 4.1.4 Contractor shall provide decontamination services which may include, but are not limited to, decontamination or removal of equipment, structural members, and other metal and concrete surfaces. 4.1.5 Contractor shall perform all work assigned by the Austin Energy Project Manager in a timely and efficient manner and shall not exceed the time specified by Austin Energy Project Manager. 4.1.6 Contractor shall be equipped and ready to execute the work and provide all management, supervision, labor, safety devices, equipment, machinery, tools, materials, accessories, support services, and perform incidental work necessary to complete the scope of work. 4.1.7 Contractor shall be responsible for the care and protection of all equipment and materials used to complete the scope of work. 4.1.8 Contractor shall furnish Austin Energy Project Manager with a point of contact for the Contract, including office and mailing addresses and telephone numbers. The Contractor shall ensure that Austin Energy has up-to-date contact information during the term of the contract.
