Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall fully coordinate all contract activities with those activities of the MODDC. The Contractor shall work collaboratively with the MODDC to implement MODDC’s Language Access Guidance. The Contractor shall coordinate with MODDC staff to integrate public policy outbound communications into the Council’s communications calendar and support Public Policy staff in distributing its information. The Contractor shall provide technical assistance to MODDC Committees including but not limited to: a. Coordination with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs); b. Communication with MODDC Committee members; and c. Agenda development. The Contractor shall advise the MODDC team members and the Council on ways to improve or update the MODDC public image. The Contractor shall recommend and implement techniques to better reach the underserved and the unserved population of the State of Missouri. The Contractor shall recommend and implement techniques to disseminate new products for specific projects to the underserved and the unserved areas and population of the State of Missouri. The Contractor shall perform outreach to press outlets, influencers and build strategic partnership to grow brand notoriety as well as differentiate MODDC from other disability organizations throughout Missouri. The Contractor shall establish and maintain a working relationships with the media to provide relevant press releases, and respond to interviews as requested.
