Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Training Content a. Contractor must have its own training content, provide certified trainers for third party content, and/or be willing to create and modify content based on the needs of the organization, and feedback from Opportunity Home San Antonio b. Each course must identify learning objectives, designed for the participant to utilize the learning in the workplace. 2. Training Format(s) Training formats can be any of the following. a. Classroom / Instructor-Led – face-to-face classroom. b. Blended learning – Combining face-to-face classroom with e-learning activities to form an integrated instructional approach. c. Webinar – interactive, web-based video conference, with interactive tools/approaches to engage learners and enhance learning. d. Self-Paced - Content (video/audio instruction, supplemental material, and assessments) will be provided in a format that can be uploaded and distributed through a learning management system (LMS.) 3. Training Duration a. Training duration can be of any length; however, shorter learning modules are preferred. (I.e. one – two hour(s), half day, full day, 2-4 half-day sessions, etc.) 4. Training Size a. Unless otherwise agreed, the minimum requirement to host a course is ten. b. Virtual training can accommodate any size, and in-person training may be up to 60 participants. c. The number of attendees for courses must be mutually agreed upon prior to scheduling the training course. The number of attendees will be determined based on a number of factors including – topic, training activities, format, location/room restrictions, etc.
