The Department is seeking a collaborative and experienced Supplier to create, develop, and distribute a farm to school Harvest of the Month campaign for program sponsors, featuring 24 different pre-selected Ohio grown or raised foods. The Harvest of the Month program shall highlight two items each month from across plate that can be sourced locally and used in Ohio’s schools, early care centers, and summer meals. Accompanying classroom lesson plans, culinary tutorials, nutrition and agricultural educational tools, and standardized recipes will be made available featuring the Harvest of the Month items. Successful implementation shall include an experienced Offeror to facilitate a marketing campaign, promotional materials, and inventory management system.
