Specifications include, but are not limited to: Parker County is seeking an annual contract for specialized therapeutic services and skill building programs to youth involved with the Parker County Juvenile Probation Department and the Juvenile Justice Alternative Education Program. Services will be provided in accordance with all laws and regulations of the United States and the State of Texas. A. In-home individual and family counseling. B. Virtual counseling options as needed by the youth and family. C. Mentoring Services to youth involved in JJAEP and the Juvenile Probation Department D. Substance Abuse Education and Counseling E. Social Emotional Learning opportunities to youth attending the JJAEP that include topics of self-awareness, self-management, responsible decisionmaking, social awareness, and relationship skills F. Trauma Responsive Intervention Strategies G. Therapeutic milieus, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), Functional Family Therapy (FFT) with licensed professionals
