Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1 Professional Recruitment Services are required for a wide range of vacancies across the County. 4.2 Respondents may reference the current open positions listing at www.jacksongov.org . 4.3 Not all positions and future vacancies will require the support of the Successful Respondent. Using Departments will initiate recruitment efforts with the Successful Respondent on an as-needed priority basis and hard to fill basis. 4.4 The Successful Respondent will work with the County’s Director of Human Resources and the Using Department’s Director. 4.5 Jackson County expects that the Successful Respondent will approach Professional Recruitment Services by using the following methods: 4.5.1 Becoming the seamless supplier or professional staff support for recruiting services, acting on behalf of Jackson County, communicating the vision, mission, and inclusive culture of the County to prospective applicants across a wide spectrum of employment opportunities as needed. 4.5.2 Directly engaging prospective applicants from a wide variety of community resources prioritizing unique abilities, experience, diversity, education, and fitness for service with the County, matching skill sets/experience with the selected job positions’ needs. 4.5.3 Follow the direction of the Director of Human Resources and the Using Department’s Director who will work with the Successful Respondent and their designees. 4.5.4 Being data driven, so that efforts are supported by market data, targeted to talent-rich pools, and focused on the factors most important to job seekers, all while working within the limits of Jackson County’s financial resources approved for this purpose. 4.5.5 Being able to scale up or down throughout the year to meet the volume demands of the County, with the ability to work on multiple recruitment projects for multiple County Department’s selected postings simultaneously.
