Specifications include, but are not limited to: The South Jersey Transportation Planning Organization (SJTPO) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms, or groups of firms, to collect, process, and map pavement condition data on 2,100 miles of roadway to minimally include all county-owned roadways in the region and municipal roadways in Atlantic City and the City of Vineland. As an additional by-product of right-of-way imagery collection, it is desirable to inventory other assets in the region, which may include roadway cross slope, guide rails, inlets, and manholes, among other point or line data. For this effort, SJTPO anticipates the consultant will collect data on approximately 2,100 miles of roadway to minimally include all county-owned roadways in the region and municipal roadways in Atlantic City and the City of Vineland. Mileage associated with other municipalowned roadways is included below as information and consideration for inclusion in data collection if permitted by the proposed budget and schedule. Based on the mileage by municipality and jurisdiction data compiled by NJDOT associated with their straight-line diagrams, the approximate mileage in each county is as follows: • Atlantic County: 370 county-jurisdictional miles, in addition to o 90 municipal miles in Atlantic City, • Cape May County: 210 miles, • Cumberland County: 535 miles
