Specifications include, but are not limited to: The SBOF is requesting proposals from responsible Offerors to provide professional legal services as disclosure counsel to the SBOF. The Offeror shall effect the preparation of all disclosure statements, provide legal opinion upon the closing of each bond sale for which disclosure counsel services are provided, and further advise on any matters that would require disclosure or ensure the State is complying with applicable state and federal disclosure laws. In the event the SBOF’s bond or tax counsel is unable to perform, the SBOF’s disclosure counsel may provide limited services typically performed by a firm serving as bond or tax counsel, as requested by the SBOF.
