Specifications include, but are not limited to: ECECD is seeking proposals from qualified Offerors/Contactors to conduct the above-described supply and demand study that achieves, at minimum, the following: A. An analysis of the existing supply of child care by region (e.g., county, school district area, census tract, zip code) across the state of New Mexico including, but not limited to, the type of care (e.g., licensed center or home based, registered home based), age group in care, quality of existing care (as defined by Quality Rating and Improvement System), hours of service, and participation in the state Child Care Assistance program; B. An analysis of the demand by identified regions (e.g., county, school district area, census tract, zip code) of New Mexico based on family preference and need that includes stakeholder input; C. An analysis of geographic variability in both supply and demand across these identified regions, including which areas are most affected by any lack of supply or mismatch of supply and demand
