The scope of work for the contract will include, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Provide a comprehensive overview of the Mississippi Gulf Coast National Heritage Area (MGCNHA), including its mission, goals, and key stakeholders. Understand the specific requirements and objectives for the Five-year accomplishment report. 2. Data Collection - Gather relevant data and information pertaining to the MGCNHA's activities, initiatives, and accomplishments over the past five years. Collect quantitative and qualitative data on heritage preservation, community engagement, educational programs, and economic impact. 3. Performance Metrics - Define and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of MGCNHA's initiatives. Develop a system for tracking and monitoring the progress of the identified KPIs. 4. Narrative Development - Craft a compelling narrative that highlights the MGCNHA's achievements and impact. Organize the information in a chronological order to provide a clear and cohesive storyline. 5. Visual Presentation - Design and create visually appealing charts, graphs, and info-graphics to present key data and statistics. Incorporate relevant photographs, maps, and illustrations to enhance the visual appeal of the report. 6. Report Structure - Develop a structured and well-organized report format, including executive summary, introduction, historical background, achievements, challenges, and future goals. Ensure that the report is easily navigable and accessible to a diverse audience. 7. Timeline - Establish a realistic timeline for the completion of each phase of the project, ensuring adherence to deadlines. 8. Report Finalization - Prepare a final draft of the Five-year accomplishment report incorporating all feedback and revisions. Ensure that the report aligns with the branding and communication guidelines of the MGCNHA. 9. Presentation Materials - Develop presentation materials summarizing the key findings and accomplishments for use in meetings, presentations, and public outreach.
