Specifications include, but are not limited to: Recruitment of qualified individuals to participate in the programs. The Offeror(s) will be required to collect and submit personally identifiable data for each person that is enrolled in the WIOA programs, including, but not limited to, data on participant completions, employment upgrades, job placements and certifications. Provision of WIOA services for Adult and Dislocated Workers (Attachment 5) and Youth (Attachment 6), assessment of education and training needs establishing employment goals, and development of an individualized employment plan agreed to by the participant. The Offeror(s) must identify in their proposal the position(s) title(s) that will be responsible for the data entry of personal information into the State’s management information system known as Connecting Colorado for validating the successful delivery and impact of the performance deliverables. The selected Offeror(s) shall agree to cover the costs associated with each Connecting Colorado user. Case management services, including job training services, supportive services, literacy, adult basic education, interest assessments and GED preparation. Paid or non-paid work experience or subsidized employment. Preparation for the world of work, job search assistance, job development and placement services, follow-up/retention services.
