Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, hereafter referred to as “WMATA”, is issuing this RFP to obtain a Contractor to provide the following services: A. Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA)-regulated DOT Physical Examinations. B. Department of Transportation (DOT))-regulated Drug & Alcohol Testing. C. Washington Metropolitan Transit Authority (WMATA)-regulated Safety Sensitive and non – Safety Sensitive Physical Examinations. D. Washington Metropolitan Transit Authority (WMATA)-regulated Safety Sensitive and non – Safety Sensitive Drug & Alcohol Testing. E. WMATA Medical Evaluation of Law Enforcement Officers -regulated Physical Examination. 1.2. Approximately six thousand applicants and employees will require services during the first year of this contract. It is estimated that six thousand applicant/employees will be required to receive services as described in this scope of work. • mobile and ruggedized laptops and tablets; • mounts and docks; • mobile printers; • uninterruptible power supply (UPS); • emergency power and backup; • asset tracking and identification, including radio-frequency identification; evacuation tracking management; • mobile disaster recovery centers; • global positioning systems; • mobile emergency radio towers and portable repeaters; • mobile data centers • drones and drone related products, includes: o Group 1 drones – under 20 pounds o Group 2 drones – between 21 and 50 pounds o Payloads relevant to Groups 1 and 2, including but not limited to: electro-optical (EO) sensors, infrared (IR) sensors, EO/IR dual sensors, sniffers, and LIDAR. o Command and Control (C2) data link
