NOTICE FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION
OF GENERAL CONTRACTORS
Prequalification Statements will be received by the Assistant Director of Historic Sites on Friday, February 24, 2017 at 1 PM prevailing time at the Auditorium at Fosterfields Living Historical Farm, 73 Kahdena Road, Morris Township, New Jersey 07960 at which time and place prequalification statements will be opened and read in public for:
Phase 1: Rehabilitation of the Moses Estey House

Pre-qualification statements must be made on the forms provided, be enclosed in a sealed package bearing the name and address of the bidder and the “BID TITLE NAME & CONTRACT#” on the outside, and addressed to Lynn Laffey, Assistant Director of Historic Sites, at the address above.
Prequalification Statement forms and instructions may be obtained at the Morris County Park Commission Administration Building, 300 Mendham Road, Morris Township, New Jersey, on or after Wednesday, January 25, 2017 during regular business hours, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., prevailing time, Monday through Friday or on the Morris County Park Commission website at www.morrisparks.net under the “Public Bids/Vendor Registration” link. The Morris County Park Commission shall not be responsible for full or partial sets of Prequalification Statement forms obtained from any other source.
Bidders shall comply with the Affirmative Action Requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17-27 et seq.
