The Morris County Park Commission is soliciting proposals through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq.
Sealed RFP responses will be received by the Assistant Director of Historic Sites on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at 4:00 PM in the Auditorium of Fosterfields Living Historic Farm, 73 Kahdena Road, Morris Township, New Jersey 07960 at which time and place responses will be opened for:

Proposals must be submitted in a sealed package bearing the name and address of the respondent and the “RFP NUMBER AND TITLE” on the outside, and addressed to Lynn Laffey, Assistant Director of Historic Sites, c/o Fosterfields Living Historic Farm, 73 Kahdena Road, Morris Township, New Jersey 07960.
Specifications and instruction to bidders may be obtained at the Morris County Park Commission Administration Building, 300 Mendham Road, Morristown, NJ 07962 on or after Wednesday, January 25, 2017 during regular business hours or on the Morris County Park Commission website at www.morrisparks.net under the “Public Bids//Vendor Registration” link. The Morris County Park Commission shall not be responsible for full or partial sets of Contract Documents, including addenda, obtained from any other source.
Respondents shall comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975 C127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27et seq.)
